CCD Images: The initial directory from which CCD images are loaded. Of course, you may use the file dialog to navigate to any other directory when loading images, dark frames, or flat fields.
MPC Orb: The path where the files of the MPCOrb database (MPCOrb.dat and Comet.dat) are located.
Star Catalogue: The path where the files of the reference star catalogue are located, or the CD-drive where the CD-ROM containing the reference star catalogue is inserted.
Output: The path where the MPCReport and the Log-File are stored.
Unidentified Detections: Color used for marking unidentified objects on the Image Window. Unidentified objects are detections that are neither identified as stars (i.e., not detected on all images at the same place), nor as moving objects. If data reduction was performed on a single image only, all objects other than reference stars will be unidentified, as there is no other image to identify the stars by comparison. The default is Silver.
Stars: Color for marking stars (i.e., objects found at the same place in more than one image). The default is Blue.
Reference Stars: Color for reference stars that were used for the astrometric data reduction. Default is Lime Green.
Rejected Ref. Stars: Color for reference stars that were rejected from the astrometric data reduction due to large residuals. The default color is Yellow.
Moving Objects: Color for moving objects (asteroids) detected by the Moving Object Detection routine of the software and accepted by the user. The default setting is Red.
Manual Objects: Color for marking objects measured manually by the operator. Default is Fuchsia.
Overlay: Color for the overlay showing the reference stars during the manual reference star match or the calculated position of minor planets in the field. The crosshair in the Magnifying Glass will also be drawn in that color.
Default Colors: By pressing this button, all color selections are set to their default values.
