Settings - Observing Site设置-观测地点

This tab sheet in the Settings dialog is used to enter some information about the observing site. This information is used for generating the MPCReport file. The geographic coordinates of the observing site are also used to correct for parallax when the position of an asteroid or comet is calculated by the software

这个标签被用于输入一些观测地点的相关信息。这些信息对生成MPC报告会有用。观测地点的地理坐标经常被用来校正软件计算出的小行星和彗星位置视差。

Note: For new observatories (Observatory Code 'XXX'), the longitude, latitude and altitude will be included in the MPCReport file. The coordinates are specified with a precision of 0.1 arc second, and the altitude is given to the nearest full meter. If you want to submit less precise or more precise coordinates to the MPC, you must edit these data manually.

注:对于新的观测者(观测地编号为'XXX'),观测地的经度、纬度和海拔高度将包含在MPC的报告中。坐标要求达到0.1角秒,高度要求到整数米的精度。如果你打算提交更高或更低的坐标精度发往MPC,你必须手动编辑这些数据。

Note: Observatory code 247 is used for non-permanent observing sites. Using this code, the sofwtare will produce an MPCReport file that is consistent with the Roving Observer format defined by the MPC . In that format, two lines (one holding the position and magnitude of the observed object, and a second giving the longitude, latitude and altitude of the observing site) are given for each observation.

注:观测地编号247被用来表示非永久的观测地。使用这个编号,软件将建立一个符合MPC关于流动观测者要求的报告。在这种格式中,每个观测都有两行(一行是观测目标的位置和亮度,另一行是观测地点的经度,纬度和海拔高度)。
